His target is still a Christmas parkrun in the UK. Damian has recovered from the marathon and getting back into some proper training.

Richard has found a routine again despite his seemingly unending workload so his goal of a Christmas parkun is still on . The Nashville weather picking up has helped. Over in the South of England, Damian had to navigate the barmy 10 degrees- warm compared to Stockholm. He was pleased to finish Brighton Marathon in one piece. He talks us through his marathon debut and what he learnt.
